I went to BOGAN's Carpets Ltd when I was looking for new carpets throughout on the recommendation of a friend who herself and her family had used BOGAN's for many years. John, the sales assistant helped me find exactly what I was looking for showing me cheaper but high quality alternatives where applicable. I was looking for a high quality underlay and John showed me one which was currently discounted and of high quality. I explained I wasn't ready to lay as I was decorating. I ordered them that day at the discounted price and had them delivered and fitted a couple of months later. My carpet fitting was arranged through BOGAN's and the fitter BRIAN HAYDEN and assistants were brilliant, the care taken to assure the underlay and carpets were fitted to the highest standard was a treat to see. They moved furniture and ornaments with the greatest care. I'm thrilled with the quality of the carpets and the fitting which is so professional. I highly recommend both BOGAN's and BRIAN HAYDEN.

Was given a price which seemed right as I knew from previous carpet how much I would need. Was told fitting would be £66, then day before fitting I had a missed phone call from bogans, I returned the call but they didn't know what it was about but would call me back that day which they didn't, so I left the right amount of money at home to pay for carpet and fitting. When fitter arrived he said they had made a mistake and his charge was £20 extra and the carpet was extra too. I had to leave work and rush up to bogans to give more money and I was told they did call me and I knew it would be more,NO I DID NOT. Paid £40 extra for carpet edges at 4doors they were cut terrible could have done better myself. So no NOT HAPPY.
