Welcome to Bodyworks Nutrition & Fitness. I'm Mark Hesketh the owner and main Personal Trainer at Bodyworks. I have nearly 35 years training experience, one of the few advantages to now being in my 50's.

Whilst some of the pictures show what I can do myself, now that I am in my 50's, PT at Bodyworks is all about you and your goals. Even though your goals may be totally different than my own at Bodyworks we can help you be the best you can be.

We always start with an informal, no obligation, chat to have a look at what you want to achieve. So whether you want to lose some weight, tighten up your figure, improve your fitness or strength or build more muscle and size at Bodyworks we can design an individualised programme to achieve your goals and then support and motivate you to reach those goals quickly.

We also believe passionately that health, fitness and PT is not just for the young or the ultra fit, in fact those who are just starting out have the most to gain from PT.
