Body Sense Therapy

The first time I booked an appointment it got rescheduled at the last minute. I understood and rescheduled. The next appointment was cancelled as well. On the 3rd booking I finally managed to get in and have a massage.

For my massage at 09:15, I arrived 6 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances and thought an 80 minute massage is fine. However I got no response from knocks or door bell rings.

I then got a text at 10:18 advising I was a no show and that it is polite to call if you are going to be late as she waited for me until 09:25, however I was standing outside her door at 09:21.

If I could have I would have called I would have. But it was quicker for me just to get to the appointment. A common courtesy and good customer service would be to at least answer the door to a client!

I was offered another appointment but declined?

Is anyone else tired of the fact that customers are kept waiting by companies on a regular basis, but this is not reciprocated?

I have had just two therapy sessions with Body Sense Therapy and my muscles are more relaxed than they have been for a very long time. I can again move my body without the aches and pains of cramps. I highly recommend Charlotte for her ability and professionalism.
