Body Matter Sports Therapy

I have had several treatments from this therapist in my preparations for the London Marathon and have been able to train pain free ever since.
Very good value for money, treatment time not rushed and ran over. Follow up exercises and stretches were provided to enhance recovery of the muscles.

Really pleased with the treatment I've received so far with this wonderful therapist. Everything was explained to me beforehand and she was extremely professional throughout the treatment, while delivering it in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lynette followed up with 'check up' conversations and advised on work I could do at home which was very helpful. I would highly recommend her and her treatments.

Regular visits to Lynette kept me injury free in the build up to Ironman Wales 2015. Would highly recommend!!
