Really friendly, polite and hardworking tradesmen! So happy with my bathroom suit. It took so much stress of off me that bocson was able to take on all aspects of the job, tiling and all! Couldn't be happier.

Beware, he sub-contracts work out to other builders. They left an awful mess in my bathroom- exposed pipework that could easily have been concealed, uneven tiling on the floor and walls, exposed live electrical wires and shoddy workmanship. I have had the whole bathroom ripped out and started again by professional tradespeople. It's a shame there is no way of uploading photos, as the camera never lies. The trouble I have had recovering any costs has been awful, Bocson didn't want to know and I was forced to go to the small claims court- all I can say is avoid this company at all costs.

radiator fit ... never seen such bad workmanship to the point I had to go and buy another rad
taps fitted - water flow was low which I told him about in april said he would come to look at it and didn't have been told by another plumber its caused by the flexi pipes fitted to the sink . the answer I received was "well I fitted what I was given what makes you so special I have to go and buy different ones", I would have gone to buy them myself, if as a professional company they had advised me the flexis that came with the taps weren't suitable, rather than ask for the correct item he fitted the wrong one but now this is my fault, I should have been advised before fitting
leak under my sink - again was deemed their fault by insurance company yet are still denying all liability for this, I am out of pocket so much because of this company I wouldn't recommend to anyone, rude aftersales to the point me and my husband had to hang up the phone on him.

I had Matthew and John come to my house just before Christmas to upgrade my heating from a old back boiler to a combi, and I needed the radiators to be replaced/moved.

They were the cheapest out of 6 different quotes I had and that didn't effect the quality of work either.

Really happy I used them and I've recommended them to everyone since.
