Always very good

What a brilliant couple of guys who know there stuff and are very helpful & honest.
I’ve taken items for repair to the store, and they always do much more than expected.
I’m lucky to have stumble upon there shop.

Absolute gem of a shop!

Really excellent shop! Great range of stock for a business this size. Had the Rotosound bass strings I needed at a good price. Proprietor was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better music shop.

Customer care,

I won't go into the details but I want to say thank you. I am a session musician and I had an emergency, just before shop-closing time last night, which the guy at Bobby Joe's went out of his way to resolve for me. The intention to help in this way is rare I felt like a member of a community of musicians, supported by a caring local shop rather than the usual "everyone out for themselves".
