Had several deliveries of kiln dried logs from Bob's Logs, and they never let us down, burning really well despite long-lasting. The logs are always a good size for our burner, not being too big. The family are extremely pleasant and accommodating to deal with, and deliver with a smile. Highly recommended 👍

I bought a bulk bag of logs last December. They were not great. I was surprised at the reviews were good. All sorts of odd shapes and sizes and a bit damp. Most were too large and hard to get started. I needed a splitting ax and masses of kindling to get through them. I think you get what you pay for as they were only £65 for a bulk bag.

...Have been getting logs from them for over ten years. Got great service from brothers William, who fully kept us updated on our delivery date/time and from his brother Harry who does the deliveries. Both were very helpful and polite. But let’s get to the logs, both lots excellent kiln dried, great size super burners that give off so much heat. Would highly recommend this company and know we will keep ordering from these guys for years to come, five out of five for service and product.

We have used Bob's logs in broxbourne Hertfordshire for many years now! Excellent, personal service, always keep you well informed of order situations and delivery times. Never had an issue with their firewood and shocked to see the few bad reviews as certainly not the service we or our friends have recieved. Their mixed seasoned logs are fantastic and extremely good value, cheapest around, and their kiln dried which we purchased for the first time this year look, and burn fantastically.
