Perfect service. Bob came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem in a few seconds and fixed it in about twenty minutes. Reasonably priced and a free key cut if I want it and 10% discount on our next callout if we need one.

I called Bob's Locks yesterday early afternoon as my front door had completely jammed in the locked position rendering it unusable. A locksmith was out in an hour despite Callander being 15 miles from Stirling. The engineer was brilliant....very helpful, explained what he was doing and most importantly not only 'unjammed' the lock but repaired it and rehung the door which was a little off.
I was extremely impressed by this service and would recommend Bob's Locks to anyone.
I asked the locksmith where he kept his wings.....what an angel of mercy.
