Few things to share. This company came out to install 2 external lights, an external socket and fit power to an external building for me. From the word go, they were professional and polite. I was satisfied with the job. One of the external light units failed and on the same day as reporting it, it was replaced. In my eyes that’s the difference between a good company and a great one. I have no hesitation in both recommending them and also using them in the future.

We live in an old stone built country cottage which needed to be completely rewired. Martin accepted that because of the age and thick stone walls the job would be a challenge! We arranged a starting date and at the appointed time the team arrived. Over the next seven days, Phil & Dan with apprentices George, Joe (1) & (2) faced that challenge head on and solved and overcame every problem confidently, with experience and expertise and with determination. At the end of each day the carpets and stairs were vacuumed and tools removed. They were pleasant, friendly and helpful at all times, even though they had to work around my husband and I and our three dogs! We are delighted with the finished job and can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Bob Lancaster & Son to anyone.

Martin and his team did all electrical work for us for an extension we’re having built. They were brilliant, arranged dates with my builder, arrived when they said they would, and all work has been done to a top standard. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
