As a sole trader, i am the engineer, secretary, office clerk and dishwasher and it looks like in your instance the ball has been dropped for which i can only apologise. I do quote for many jobs each week, generally via email turned round within a week, but i do not know which job you are referring to Please drop me an email or give me a call to discuss further. 4Superb, diligent, reliable plumber
5Everything was done to an extremely high standard; his pipework is so neat and he takes a lot of care over everything he does.
We paid what we expected it would cost - and the few 'extras' we had were charged at a reasonable rate too.
He also provided invaluable advice on other aspects of our renovations.
I would (will!) use Bob again for any future plumbing work.
