5James arrived and listened to the list of jobs, assessed which would be quickest/easiest and got cracking.
Eventually found the fault with the lights after determined and thorough investigation. Then did the same with the faulty plug socket.
The job was undertaken with utmost professionalism, great care and attention and very conscientiously.
