Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

First met this company at the Grand Designs Show and really liked their display so much that we bought one of their cabinet units etc that day. We were so pleased with it that we bought two more. This company products have quality, style and are value for money. The staff are very helpful and the time to complete the order is very good. I strongly recommend this company.

The sales room person, Tracey, was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful
We chose a more expensive range of cabinets with a contrasting trim & are really pleased with the finished product.
We did not see this type on sale anywhere else - most places only offer basic white units
They are good quality cabinets which were made to measure
Fitting service was excellent

Found this wonderful company as Bathcabz on eBay, Had great advice from AJ regarding units and fittings for our bathroom, samples were supplied, ordering was so easy by phone, excellent delivery well under quotes timescale. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the units and the fittings when checked on delivery. Bathroom is now complete and can honestly say am extremely happy and would recommend this company to friends, family and more. Customer service was of a very high standard too.
