Blueflame Heatplan Ltd

We have been a customer of Blueflame since 2021 when we first subscribed to their central heating cover plan as it offered better cover than any other on the market for a lower monthly cost. They service our original boiler annually and have kept it running to it's best possible efficiency year after year. All the team are friendly, efficient, operate very clean and tidy working procedures as well as being polite and knowledgeable. Blueflame have offered great advice on numerous occasions...Our house had very poor water pressure and we had a noisy pump for the showers, when this pump broke they suggested changing to a pressurised cylinder - we now have incredible water pressure and no noisy pump! They have installed new showers, replaced radiators and removed our loft header tanks - all with minimum fuss and disruption. In particular I would like to give shout out to their engineer Adam has been to our home many times. I highly recommend Blueflame.

Explained what had happened,in most clear info. Took time to show me what's what.
Most greatfull for excellent service

Did me a service on my fire for the warranty. Once he finished he asked us how you turn it on . Red flag in my book that. Then tried lighting fire it didn't work after he serviced it then gave us a quote around 500quid to repair something that wasn't broke before he came out. And didn't have time to argue with us
Just said couldn't of been working before . I've got a video of my kids playing that morning and you can see fire was working. It then took over 3 months to get him back out . So for 3 months I've had to use calor gas fires and electric which has cost me loads more than normal. Got 4 kids and 2 disabled people at the address.

AVOID at all costs .
I hope this review will save someone having the same issues I have had .

Adam arrived earier than estimated, which was much appreciated as our boiler packed in on the coldest day of the year. He soon located the problem and cleared the blockage in the condensing unit. Thanks Adam

Just had annual boiler service done by Blueflame.We have had a service plan for many years and never had any issues only good service.
Can only remember one winter waking up on a Saturday morning to no heating, rang them ,engineer came very promptly and heating was back on by lunchtime .
Would recommend no trouble.
