Welcome to Bluebird Clearance Co, we offer friendly affordable property clearance services throughout Surrey and the adjoining areas.

We are a small local family run business established in 2012, we are fully licensed by the Environment Agency and hold £5 million in public liability insurance.

We offer a fully documented transparent and sustainable service, with each job being tailored to our customers specific needs.

We provide all customers with a FREE no obligation quotation, which can be done with a visit to the property, or in many instances by running through in detail over the telephone.

Our polite and articulate team, can respectfully clear and responsibly dispose / donate of all household effects, including furniture, appliances, junk and rubbish, whilst taking into account any valuable items to offset the cost of the clearance.

Our honest, mindful approach will ensure you have a positive experience every step of the way.

I used Bluebird to clear items from my mother-in-law's flat after she had moved to sheltered accommodation. They were quick, very efficient and provided us with helpful information about local traders who we needed to sort out some residual issues with the property.

Small Flat Clearance

In the first instance, Bluebird were responsive and professional, unlike other operators I tried. Communication with the office was consistent, understanding and helpful. On the day of the clearance the service was efficient and comprehensive. Everything was sorted and removed in a thorough and systematic way. The operatives were positive, helpful, communicative and respectful to the circumstances of the clearance. The job was completed efficiently and effectively. I would use Bluebird Clearance Co again and recommend their services.

We booked Bluebird to help clear my late parents’ house before it’s sold. As we didn’t know when booking how much we’d need cleared, the quote wasn’t high enough. However, Laurence and Jack from Bluebird were unfazed when they arrived, and took it all in their stride. They were courteous, efficient and very helpful - suggesting options to us and helping to do some things that were beyond the original remit. Very impressed with the service.
