Welcome to Bluebird Clearance Co, we offer friendly affordable property clearance services throughout Surrey and the adjoining areas.

We are a small local family run business established in 2012, we are fully licensed by the Environment Agency and hold £5 million in public liability insurance.

We offer a fully documented transparent and sustainable service, with each job being tailored to our customers specific needs.

We provide all customers with a FREE no obligation quotation, which can be done with a visit to the property, or in many instances by running through in detail over the telephone.

Our polite and articulate team, can respectfully clear and responsibly dispose / donate of all household effects, including furniture, appliances, junk and rubbish, whilst taking into account any valuable items to offset the cost of the clearance.

Our honest, mindful approach will ensure you have a positive experience every step of the way.

Highly recommend Bluebird team for house clearance

I would highly recommend Bluebird who recently provided clearance services for my father who has gone into a care home. Kim, Lawrence and team were extremely helpful and the work was to a high standard. Lawrence was particularly attentive to minimise disruption to elderly residents at my fathers accommodation. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of this move.

Excellent service from Bluebird Clearance

We booked Bluebird Clearance to clear our mother’s house - Kim was so helpful and understanding at the time of booking and on the day Robin and Jack were efficient and professional, with senses of humour they made the clearance less stressful for the family. I would thoroughly recommend using Bluebird Clearance.

We needed a house clearance for my mother-in-law who sadly died last year and Bluebird were excellent from start to finish.
Very professional and sensitive to the reasons for the clearance.
They were very tidy and explained the process from start to finish.

From the time we spoke to Kim through to the last box being taken on the day, we were delighted with Bluebird. They are very competitive, highly organised and very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Most of all they are very focused on recycling to giving to local charities. That alone impressed me that some of our items like furniture were going to raise money for charity or a good home!

Outstanding Service. Kim was easy to contact and to arrange for a full house clearance. The estimate included a full house clearance including clearing the loft, all tables and chairs, beds,clothing, books, computers, personal effects, kitchen white goods and the content of all the cupboards. Additionally to remove all carpets and underlay, the garden shed contents including many old cans of paint and clearing a very untidy yard area. Lawrence and 3 other friendly guys arrived on time and 7 hours later they phoned me to tell me the job was completed, interior vacuumed and outside areas swept clean. They were quick and thorough and the result exceeded my expectations. Also 2 days later I found that some items had gone to a hospice charity shop which had reduced the weight going to landfill and in consequence my invoice was less, yes less, than the original estimate. Thank you Bluebird.

Worth mentioning that the waste doesn’t all go to landfill, it’s sorted and separated to raw recyclable materials, plastics, paper, end of life textiles, wood inc fibre board, glass, ceramics so only a very small amount goes to land fill and or EFW energy from waste.
