awful was 20 mins late, said I wouldn't have to pay due to them being late which made me late for work. The driver asked me to ring them to confirm that i would not be paying and the man on the phone who i spoke with said he never said I didn't have to pay when he did. The taxi driver even said that they had told him I had to pay 12.60 but they told me 11.00 so clearly they lie. Wont be using again.

This company is a disgrace. Phone at 7 to cancel our taxi which was due at 3am for a airport run. They didn't even other to get us another taxi to take us. An absolute night mate of a company do not recommend this firm
