From the very beginning everything worked out perfectly with the team from Blinds Technique. Aaron provided a fantastic service walking me through the options that were open to me. How best to fit the large panoramic windows in the living room and took accurate measurements.
The office were able to demonstrate to me how the motorised blinds worked and also the fabric for the curtains in the bedroom.
The fitting was all carried out to a very high standing and the trunking for the wiring fits in seamlessly with the window frames.
All in all a fantastic job.

From start to finish you have all been extremely professional in your jobs.
The updates on how our order was progressing was refreshing and welcomed. We had polite and efficient installation, and a blind I am delighted with.

Impressed with customer care

Blind Technique installed my blinds a couple of years ago. Last week one blind stopped working, leaving a window uncovered. Even though I was outside the 12 month guarantee, I contacted BT for advice. As I am visually impaired I found it difficult to carry out their advice so they kindly sent someone round to help me fix the blind. Even though my guarantee had expired, Elaine and Aaron went the extra mile to help me and I am very grateful. A local company with good customer care.

Excellent product and service

Very Impressive. We wanted fitted blinds on our three bi-folding patio doors and received excellent advice from Aaron. Delivery was prompt and the fitter was very polite and efficient. We are very happy indeed with the motorised blinds which are very good quality and do the job perfectly. Highly recommended.

I looked at various options on Google before deciding to proceed with Blind Technique, and I'm really glad I did! At the beginning, I was looking for Allusion blinds specifically for my living room but we ended up using them for day and night blinds, motorised roller blinds and blackout curtains for the rest of the flat as we find Aaron very responsive and patient which made the entire process very easy. Aaron will bring along a lot of samples on the first home visit which gives you an idea of their product offerings and there are plenty more in their shop. I'd highly recommend them for reasonable prices, excellent customer service (Elaine was super helpful!) and high quality products.
