The best patisserie you’ll find! Me and my partner have came in loads of times and enjoy all the items we buy every single time without fail! We have had many celebration cakes and we have even ordered our wedding cake too. The customer service you receive is amazing, truly care about everything and everyone!

I am gluten intolerant, heard of this Patisserie from a friend. I called the shop and within 2 days I collect the most amazing cupcakes and cakes all gluten free! We all enjoyed every single thing, never came across anywhere with such a huge collection

I first used Blackberries Patissetie a couple of years ago, their cakes are just AMAZING however a friend of mine told me they do occasion cakes so I ordered one for my daughters birthday and WOW just amazing!! Sam the owner is brilliant, so so helpful! I am now on to my 4th occasion cake and I recommend her to everyone! Fantastic shop

Messaged the shop on FB asking if they could make custom cheesecake pots as they’re my favourite, they said sure + we could sort it out when I came on the afternoon. The owner spoke rudely to me when I asked for 4 pots, please note they didn’t specify anywhere that there was an order limit. There was another customer in at the time and I was humiliated. I compromised and asked them to put aside a few pots they already planned on making, and came in today to pick up. I asked the girl behind the counter what cheesecakes they were doing this week, she had to ask the owner, who said brashly “I have no idea”. It was clear she was annoyed, though I can’t think why? I‘ve been a loyal customer and have made a point to visit whenever I can, but the attitude of the owner is clear that if you can’t afford to buy large amounts then she wants nothing to do with you. Only giving 2 stars as the desserts are most of the time very nice, but the customer service you get leaves a bitter taste.
