We teach kids and adult classes in taekwondo and self defence, PT sessions, private martial arts sessions and boot camps.
Our style is suitable for all ages and abilities, with specialist classes for kids from 5 years old.
Our full time academy has all the equipment you will need to boost your training, kick bags, strike shields, focus pads and loads of game to encourage the kids.
We offer free trials so you won't have to commit before you know if you like what we do.
The academy has a waiting/viewing area with free tea and coffee.
All our instructors have many years of experience in martial arts and are fully trained in house to provide the best possible experience for you or your kids.
