A dreadful company. We lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

This company is disgusting they have no idea of what they are doing totally unprofessional and are not above board they don't give money back to you that is rightfully yours .. stay well clear from them the owner also speaks to you like he is at elementary school !! God only knows how they are running a business in my opinion they are a bunch of idiots and fraudsters !!

These guys are con artists and they WILL try and rip you off. They have no regard for any of the regulatory bodies that look after the industry. The council advised me to steer well clear......I gave them a chance and what do you know .?? The nick my holding deposit and hang up on me....AVOID.

Always provide outstanding service

I have been a landlord for many years and gone through many agencies in my time. I have recently started to use black country homes. I've not had much luck with agencies as I find they tend to lack a personal service. I've always found these guys to be friendly and helpful, I'm always kept in the loop and most of all I am now stress free. Service is bang on.

Lol what a joke!! Fraudsters and karma will catch you up my friend!! Innocent people are being ripped off hard working public with families and they don't give a dam !! Well message to the owner karma will catch the end .. curse is on you !

Estate agents ombudsmen, send them your story.......they've already started a file. . Small claims court.......just fill the form in and include all your evidence, to be fair you won't need much judging by the paperwork I've seen. GET IT BACK £££££.

LANDLORDS BEWARE: Un-professional service

I was recently called by this company who wished to act as agents on behalf of my property after finding an add on gumtree. I decided to decline this offer and go with a respected online agent only to find this agent had advertised my property on Zoopla as LET without my knowledge and was misleading potential teannats who were being advised by them that the property had been LET....very misleading and corrupt service. They also did not take down the advertisment until I contacted Zoopla and enforced it.

Surprise surprise...........places like this should be a thing of the past.......why bother setting up regulatory departments if these type of so called businesses can carry on trading.
