•Operator hang up the phone on me ( 4 of August 2024 at 9.03am) I wasn’t rude, I just. don’t know the area and didn’t know how to explain.

My partner and myself booked a holiday which required a taxi to and from Birmingham airport. In the cab the driver said, just put the details stated in the flight details and they would track it from your flight number. As we were being picked up early the next morning we did question this be he assured us that was the way to do it to avoid mistakes. He checked and confirmed this was correct. On the last day before we were due to be picked up I had a message saying the car had been dispatched. I called the company who were rude and in denial of their mistake. I was in no position to argue stuck in Turkey so told her to book me in for the next day. She did this and sent me a link to pay(eventually) The drop off and pick up from Brierly Hill cost me a total £162 that did not included the tip I foolishly offered the driver who picked us up. Don't expect them to believe the customer, the staff are always right! Do not risk using these for an airport taxi unreliable and untruthful!!!!!

Awful service absolutely disgusting give you a price on phone then charge whatever they like after your journey avoid !!

Disgusting charged me £33 for a £20 drive
