Bizzy Bee Car Wash

While conveniently located relative to my home I will be looking further afield the next time I need my car washed. I had the 'Drone' mid tier wash that cost £15.00. Close to the end of the process I could clearly see that the windscreen was very obviously still dirty and smeared. I asked a member of the crew could he please clean the screen and his response was that if had paid £2.00 more my wash would have included windscreen cleaning at the dry down stage (?).
Is it just me or would anyone who had just paid £15.00 to have his car washed feel somewhat disappointed that at the end of the process the car was not properly clean !?
To close I have to add that my car was not in any way dirtier than those in the line ahead or those following behind so it's not even as though that could be used as a defense. I rather suspect that poor quality control and/or staff training and monitoring result in poor attention to detail and a below par end user experience. I am unlikely to re-visit . . .

Just got home after getting my car washed at buzzy bees .I have used this service a number of times as have my family but after today I doubt we will again paid £15 and when I got home the windows , and a lot of the body work had water marks all over I actually had to clean the windows again myself alloy wheels still dirty not good at all very disappointed

I was at Moreton Hills Golf range on 11th April and Bizzy Bee were set up on the carpark. I left keys whilst I played golf and when I came back I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent work your representative had done on my car. I would recommend anyone to have their car cleaned by your company. A professional and friendly attitude from your employee.
