Highly recommend, fantastic service from start to finish , clean and tidy working and respected your property inside and out . Richard and Steve are so knowledgeable and suggested what type and size of log burner would look good and they were absolutely spot on , no hard sell , Richard suggested I source the wood burner . Gave us great tips on setting up the ultimate fire in the wood burner .
We had a wood burner fitted , chimney swept and lined . Will 💯 use them again to sweep chimney next year.

The Best

Richard and Steve are first class. We’ve been using their chimney sweep services for some years, which are always great. Then we needed to replace our burner(s). Despite some challenges with replacement items it hasn’t been a problem. Plus, despite the Christmas rush, Richard and Steve have found the time to complete the commissioning and we are now happy campers with a lovely fire creating a wonderfully comfortable sitting room. Any challenges have been dealt with - minimum fuss - definitely recommend!

I was very impressed with the prompt and efficient service from Richard and the team at Bishop Stortford Chimney Services. They were able to come out on short notice and worked diligently until 8 PM to install a wood burner in my barrel sauna. Despite the late hour, both engineers were thorough and pleasant throughout the process. I highly recommend their services!

Great service at a competitive price!
Will definitely use again.
I had been trying to find a chimney sweep for a long time and was recommended to contact Richard @ Bishop's Stortford Chimney Services - when I called they booked me in for a sweep straight away.
We have Stovax log burner - Richard also cleaned the glass - which looks like new again.
Fast, efficient, friendly, professional and best of all - No mess.
Thanks Richard - see you again in the summer next year!
