My laptop was running so slowly that I could make (and drink) a cup of tea whilst waiting for it to open. I took it to Birkdale computers without much hope, but it was ready the next day. It had a new solid state drive installed, and it now works much faster than its ever worked before. To cap it all, the bill came in at under £100! Thank you Andy - I won't be using anyone else in future!

Competent and reliable

Reliable a responsible in pricing. Computer issue suspected to be the CPU (processor). He did not have a CPU to try so he purchased one for testing. Wasn't going to charge for it. Computer issue resolved and we chose to purchase the CPU off him returning the defective one to the provider from whom we had purchased from.
