Birdwood Garage

MOT'd my car, no advisaries. 4 months and less than 1000 miles late, both front brake calipers and brake systems collapse.
Told me and the government my car was safe. Absolute joke.
Seeking further advice on legal action.

I bought a car and was told it would have a service before I collected.?I did not test drive and was not offered a test drive. I collected the car a week later and paid the full price and noticed on my receipt, no mention of service? After taking it home I had a flat battery and had to buy a new one. My service light came on and stayed on . I tried for nearly 2 months to contact the garage and given excuses and my last call, I ask what part was needed as more excuses and avoidance . I eventually went to the garage and complained about my treatment and issues with the car and the man just stood there and shrugged his shoulders. Very untrustworthy, dishonest . Sad they they are not aware that honesty is the best policy.

This garage sold us a car that was not road worthy. Front springs snapped, gear box not bolted down, battery not fixed into place, two front bold tyres on the inside, windscreen washer not working, not heater/fan inside the vehicle and yet passed it through a mot?? Death trap on wheels!!

Best quality service received when purchasing my first car from them. I am very thankful for the staff to go through everything very patiently with me. My car was spot on, valeted to perfection was looking like a brand new motor straight out the oven! Highly recommended!

Don't buy a car from this garage.
I had my car less than 4 months before it was in for repairs, it then ended up having to be scrapped.
Incredibly unhappy customer, a total waste of time and money.
