Called this gentleman trying to arrange a repair of a washing machine. He spoke to me as if I was virmin, someone who dared to call him to fix an appliance. Will not call again, and recommend others not to in the future.

I have used tim for many a year now..many times too , always talks me out of buying new appliances, never charges me for a call out or if the problem was small, I even used tim in my capacity as a college caretaker to service all the machines in technology department, tim has become a friend now, use him or lose him...I recommend tim to everyone I know....10/10

Great guy, very efficient, solved/saved my broken dishwasher. Reasonable too, as he had to return with a part that had to be ordered, this was all included in the original estimate.
