Bina Banqueting Hall

Behaved unprofessionally, cut across my mother-in-law during cake cutting, picked up wedding cake without permission & served it, started to clean the hall at 10:30 even though we had prior agreement of hall use till 11 & then their cleaning AFTER. At 10:45, he told my photographer to put away his camera during my photoshoot, without prior speaking to me about it! Excuse being that council doesn't allow him to hire out the hall after 11 although its clearly stated on his website that on Saturday nights the hall is available from 11 to midnight without music for an extra charge, which if he had offered we would have happily paid it. Then after the function he lied that there were extra guests, said he has proof but when asked for proof, didn't respond! When spoken to about all this over text messages, he called me "ill-mannered" & then made foul comments about my family! Most appalling service from a disrespectful & ill-mannered man, wouldn't ever recommend to host a function there.
