Customer service stops once you've made a sale. They're friendly and informative when you first speak to them. It's hard to knock the sales team in that regard. Yet the aftercare once you've put down the money? It's non existent.

Multiple frustrating phone calls later from the customer service team... where they, even after apparently passing me onto technical, can't explain how to fix the problem, I'm forced to work out the issue on my own. I'm promised return phone calls, but they don't come. I'm sent badly worded emails, explaining why things have gone wrong on their side and how it's not acceptable but sometimes you can't help these things.

Based on other reviews, it seems when all goes well, there's no problem. When, however, things don't go less than stellar, you're left to struggle on, wondering how much more money needs to be spend to resolve something which should be covered under their warranty (or at least assisted with their apparent technical knowledge).
