5We sadly lost one of our dogs earlier this year. Throughout the last week of his life they showed him nothing but the best level of care and compassion.
Thank you for the lovely review. We really appreciate it.
Let us down in the worst possible way.
1I had an emergency with our cat late on a Sunday night, so had to take her to an emergency vet, who stabilised her and advised to book an appointment with my regular vets (Bilston vets) in the morning.
When I called to book in an appointment with Bilston Vets, I was told, completely cold heartedly that because I'd gone to a different vet they don't want to see our cat. was in tears when I called, struggled to explain what had happened, she was understanding and nice up until the point I said that I'd taken her to an emergency vets, and it was like a switch went off, she turned quite nasty, abrupt and she basically told me to sling my hook!
It was an incredibly distressful time for us, and this just added salt to wounds.
Unbelievablely bad service. I'll never ever go back to this vets, and I don't recommend anyone else does, either. I'll never forgive them for the cold-hearted callousness
Just the best vets
5Super Vets
5Excellent Vets
5We would never even consider going to a different vets.
Steve (the vet) is always brilliant and as well as making sure our cats are well he always makes sure we are happy as well.
All of the vets nurses are also brilliant, knowledgeable and extremely caring.
They even send you caring cards when if the horrible happens and one of your pets has to go to the Rainbow Bridge.
Thank you for your kind words x
