I bought a bike that has been standing for a year. It needed carbs sorting out and a good service. I found out that the tank needed derusting and recoating which took forever to come back. All the time that Steve had my bike at the workshop there were no problems whatsoever, and he was more than happy to keep it there which I was totally thrilled with. I have now got it back, and its running an absolute treat. A fantastic service throughout, can highly recommend, and I will be giving him all future work from now on.

Door to door 5* service

I'm very pleased that a friend introduced me to Steve - a very professional door to door service. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy, after strip down he called me to explain and show me the fault. Everything done within the agreed cost and time.........and he organised the MOT.
I can't recommend highly enough, very happy

Kawasaki Ninja 650 issues...

Had an unknown fault with my normally rock solid ninja, tried to find the issue myself but had no luck. ThoughtIi would give Big cooks a try and glad I did, fault found part ordered and fixed, well pleased with service and cost. Picked the bike up and dropped off free of charge, absolutly no drama :)

FZR600 Major service and brake overhaul

Absolute top class service, professionalism and old school honesty. Steve is an absolute gentleman who provides a premier service with very realistic pricing. He drove 35 miles to collect my bike. He did a major service and advised me of every issue and challenge along the way. He goes above and beyond with his work. I highly recommend Big Cooks. A refreshing, old school honest business and business man. He has earned more than my trust. I will only send my bike to him going forward.
