I wish to expression my immense dissatisfaction with Bidwells
1I was within a hair’s width of not using Bidwells after two weeks of being repeatedly "fobbed off" about why they "couldn't" change a simple sentence! In the end I just thought I couldn’t be bothered going through the process and delay of finding another agent - and let it be…! But I was fuming...
Then there was the matter of being "fobbed-off" to about the cost of doing all the photography, virtual tour (including hosting), and floor plans - which I provided myself as a professional photographer. Bidwells must take me for a complete fool to tell me that all this costs “around £100”!
I complained to Biwwells and someone "senior" called me. He tried to belittle the hastle I endured and was all sweetness and light, and Bidwells prides itself..., and Bidwells would never... - blah, blah, blah. He never got back to me... Go figure...
