Would never recommend this company

We paid signed a contract with BHL for a property valuation and paid in advance according to the terms of the contract because we were in a hurry to get it done. BHL agreed to provide the valuation in 3 working days. Two months later we have still not received it and our numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. We would definitely NOT recommend this company.
