Brilliant

We purchased a mobility scooter and were finding it hard work, loading and unloading in and out of car. We approached our local branch Stockton on Tees (Brian and staff) for help. They fitted a hoist in the boot of the car and “hey presto” at very reasonable cost it is now so easy at the press of buttons to load and unload our scooter. Fully recommend you doing this. Staff also so helpful...nothing too much trouble. Thank you once again Brian and staff.

First class company which provides first class service.

First class knowledgeable advice and service is what I received from Kevin and the crew in Newcastle. Patience is Kevin's middle name. He was able to answer all my questions and provide solutions wherever necessary. My car was collected from Dumfries, all the adaptations were done and it was returned to the garage. It was made clear exactly what would be done, they did a first class job and I was kept informed of progress while they had my car. I have on over-ring accelerator, a push to brake lever and a mobility scooter in my boot which I place in and out using a hoist they fitted. I have now driven my adapted car for a few months so feel able to say how delighted I am with what this company has done for me. There have been no teething problems at all. These people are experts at what they do. Thank you Kevin and crew for all you did for me. I now have my independence back. I never thought I would drive again. You played a crucial part in making this possible.

We purchased a Kymco Kactiv powerchair which was ordered 06/07/23 took delivery today 12/07/23 Peter delivered it after setting everything up relly first class service from start to finish everyone at Bewick mobility deserves our greatfull thanks for everything you have done for our Dad to enable him to regain his freedom in getting about outdoors would highly recomend if you look up Bewick Mobility **********

The people at Bewick go out of there way to help you they are first class people and products . I would highly recommend this company for everything for the disabled. I must admit I have never met a company that treats you like a human being not like most that look down at you because you are disabled. So get yourself down to Bewick mobility you will be surprised how nice everyone is and thanks again guys you totally look after me and I will be back soon to buy a new scooter many thanks Michael.

Friendly people really canny lyk. I'd like to say thanks so much to these guys. I purchased a candy pink mobility scooter from them. Which I'm over the moon with 😍. I have had nothing but comments on how lovely the candy pink scooter looks. And where did it get it etc.i personally think mobility shops should stock stuff for younger people. As not everyone thts disabled etc is old/elderly. Deffo be coming to you from now on.
