Friendly, Experienced Piano teacher with 23 years' experience who provides a through grounding in all aspects of piano & keyboard playing.

Training for Associated Board of the Royal School Of Music Examinations.

I also offer lessons purely for leisure purposes.

I have worked for a children's home in my capacity as a music teacher in the past and I am sensitive to children's needs , making them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through my door to the moment they leave to go back home.

On occasion I have encouraged my students to join me in public performances. I also encourage them to pursue their musicianship with other instruments including guitars and tambourines if desired, and I like to support them with their musical interests working alongside their requirements in the school curriculum.

I love to also teach adult students and find it very rewarding to see them grow. Most adults are surprised about how well they tend to progress and that age is no barrier. It's never too late to learn!
