I ordered flowers for a 70th birthday, I phoned the order through the day before explained I wanted nice bright colours, went to pick them up and I couldn't believe it to say I was very disappointed is an understatement really stressed me out as I didn't have time to go elsewhere, I did swap them over for another spray which isn't much better. I'm dreading having to give them. Previous dealings with Betty's and have been happy but not sure if I will go back again..

What a fabulous florist....always such wonderful flowers and displays...couldn't believe it when I emailed them with a minor complaint on mothers day. Which was rectified within the hour( even through the shop was closed) problem resolved and with a complimentary box of chocs....this is why myself family and friends continue to use BETTYS
