Betty's Caribbean Fusion

Betty’s Caribbean Fusion is a family run catering and delivery service offering a unique and exciting take on West Indian cuisine.

Using recipes passed down through three generations of the Betty family, we are your go-to for top quality Caribbean dishes and British family favourites with a Caribbean twist.

All our food is home-cooked using restaurant quality meat and locally sourced produce. We also use biodegradable packaging for all our deliveries and are currently working on a vegan menu.

The business was set up by Claudia Betty-Maynard in July 2020 after years working in the food industry, including some of London’s top restaurants – and even longer cooking for friends and family at various events.

Since the business launched, Claudia has been invited to be a member of FEAST2, a European wide project run by The Food and Drink Network.

She has also been added to the Made In Northamptonshire programme supporting businesses in her local area.
