Not good enough. We ordered the largest slide bouncer for my son's birthday as he was having a big party, however the company sent a smaller one without any fore warning, which led to some of the kids being overwhelmed by the volume of kids jumping and not wanting to bounce. Also, the slide bouncer smelt bad and had some dirty sweets left on it.

I hired a paw patrol disco castle from these for my lads 4th birthday and I couldn't fault the service the castle looked amazing and I also opted for the free overnight option which was great as it's half term I will be using these again thanks better bounce

I always use better bounce for all my parties and the weekend gone was no exception once again clean castle which arrived on time setup by the delivery drivers who are always so friendly I would highly recommend and will be seeing these guys again in January ☺☺

Received Confirmation - Didn't receive a bouncy castle

I booked 2 weeks in advance and received 2 confirmation emails from the company. On the day of the party while we waited from 7am to 12pm as specified , no one appeared. Attempted to phone the company and there was no answer on the phone. I have since been blocked from their Facebook page and the company has not responded to any of my emails or calls.

Do not use this company.
