this company seems to run 'an economy with the truth' - told me they had a product in stock and ready to go out in time for my project - they did not have it in stock - had to order from their manufacturer and only because i rang , i found out that it was not even despatched and will not get to me in time - no apologise - no communciation from them - BEWARE

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a Milano Aruba Plus - Anthracite Vertical Designer Radiator with Feet 2000mm x 354mm (Double Panel) on 2nd Feb.

Order arrived 5th Feb minus wall brackets.

Bestheating were contacted straight away and assured me the wall brackets would be dispatched immediately (but I was informed that they did not use a 24hr courier) as I had explained i needed the items quickly.

On 10th Feb I phoned Bestheating to ask where my brackets were and was told they hadn't even sent them, no apology given. I explained that we were now at work stop at the property with no heating waiting for the brackets at substantial cost incurred per day. I was assured that the brackets would be sent VIA A 24hr COURIER straight away and would be contacted by email or phone when dispatched.

No call or email so I phoned again at the end of the day to confirm the items had been dispatched as promised so i could plan the trades people working in the house to be told that they AGAIN have not been sent but would TRY again tomorrow!!!!!

I asked if they could confirm that they actually had the items in stock and was told that if they don't they would send another whole radiator but no guarantees.

At every opportunity the persons dealing with my paid for request kept saying that someone else had been handling it.

Extremely poor customer service with no apology offered.
