Great customer service, had issue ordering with a voucher which was only valid with just eat, the lady who answered the phone came up with a quick resolution. The food is great, never had a problem and have been ordering for years. Top service, top food.

Would give no stars never mind 1!! ANYWAY... Food is disgusting just to begin with... now for the real review... me and my partner have just started delivering for these wastes we have worked for many takeaways before so know it inside out, however this “place” (since I can’t use profanities) is the worst BY FAR!! Shoved something in her pocket then told us the money was down and that she was taking it out of our wages, questioned Niki about this and she accused us of taking money out for fuel which we definitely hadn’t as we fuelled up before we started we worked from 6pm until 10:50 nearly 5 hours (£5 an hour = just short of £25 for 5 hours) HOWEVER we were only given £40 all together, we did 24 deliveries (18 at £1.50 each and 6 at £1 each = £33) she claimed it only came to £48.... no hun it came to £57... clearly SOMEONE didn’t pay attention in school!! This isn’t over! This is going further :)

I placed my order on just eat, I received a email saying that my order has been accepted by the best pizza! 1& a half hours later my order still was not here so I rang the shop and they told me that it has left the shop, half an hour later the delivery was still not here so I rang the shop again for her to tell me that they’d never received my order, they was very rude I order from them every weekend for the past 3 years and they never apologised they just said they didn’t have time to argue with me about my order they never said they’ll sort my order out n send it or anything to say how long iv used them! I’ll be finding another pizza place in future! No loyalty to there customers at all!!!!!!!!

Rude customer service, nearly bit my head off, pizza was nothing special, but disappointing, wouldn’t order from here again
