Excellent customer service, good seasoned hardwood

Initial log delivery of 'seasoned hardwood' was very disappointing - delivery after dark and next morning obvious that logs were soaking wet, moldy, with moisture content well over 30 - completely unburnable.
Called to complain and left several messages. Emma called to say they would come to remove the wet wood and replace with dry 'barn stored' seasoned hardwood which they did within a week at no charge and am very pleased with replacement logs - excellent quality, burn great.
Really appreciate the customer service from Emma at Logs4U and acknowledgement that first delivery was sub standard. Suggest you ask for 'barn stored hardwood' when phoning and know what you're getting by checking logs with a moisture meter before it comes off the truck. That's what I'll be doing next time.
