Rarely do we publish online reviews, but in this case we feel it is our duty. To spare yourselves the disappointment and stress we experienced during (and after) our renovation project, we recommend that you avoid working with this company.

We engaged Best Care Building Services Limited in September 2019. A year after the pain is not over due to how poorly the work was carried out.
The whole house had to be rewired and redecorated. Newly erected walls are uneven, the wooden floor must be reinstalled because has raised so badly. Newly created roof had to be partially rebuilt and sealed, as it was badly leaking. Gutter downpipes have detached from external wall, and there are cracks in the ceiling where a new beam was inserted. Newly installed boiler keep breaking and we have had blockages.

On top of this, we also had to experience a wave of abusive and threatening messages.
Criminals! There is no other words to describe George and his team of people.

We had major work done by George to remove an indoor wall, remove and prepare an external wall for 4 large glass sliding doors, create the foundation for a patio, difficult internal floor preparation for underfloor heating as well as plastering, plumbing, electric work,tiling and finishing. There were some challenges early on but these were sorted swiftly and the work completed almost on time despite the Christmas and New Year break. The team came in over some weekends to ensure this. The work started in early November 2017 and was finished apart from snagging by mid January 2018. George is very good at keeping all the balls in the air and has a great team of skilled tradesmen he can call upon, all of whom were reliable and co-operative. I would certainly use them in the future for their individual skills. George's rates are competitive and we got very good value for money. An easy and responsive person to do business with for whom nothing is too much trouble.Thanks George !
