On the whole an excellent experience

Very good service from start to finish. The slate hearth fitted perfectly and our order was delivered in 3 weeks. Extremely helpful over the phone and were advised about which edging finish would be good.

This is a great company and product. I ordered a Welsh slate hearth, which is beautiful. The service was fantastic, they kept me posted every step of the way. Delivery was delayed because of covid, but I was told that at the start of the process and it was delivered in the stated time. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
