Berry's of Oldmeldrum

Thanks to Stuart and his team at Berry's. Nothing is too much trouble...just excellent old fashioned good personal service and advice. Chose very cool bed from a great selection last Saturday and it was delivered as promised Thursday. We were even offered a Tuesday delivery but had arrangements. No long wait like the nationwide stores..so much more convenient and a great selection of furniture items to choose from. Have also had couple sofas in the past...same prompt professional service. Worth looking there every time.

Ordered garden furniture and it said 3 weeks, 5 weeks later I called to ask where my order was, they said it was held up in the canals, what no email to keep me posted? I thought ok that can happen. 9 weeks later finally got dispatched. Delivery company delivered half my order, called to ask what was happening, no one was interested. Called delivery company who said they have lost order. Called Blackbridge Furnishings again, again no help, no one cares, they have £1000 of my money. By this time I am fed up and asked for money back, they collected the one box that had arrived and still after 11weeks in total I still don’t have my money, and still no one is answering my emails.

Never been in this place before, but the quality is fantastic! Good prices, good value for money. Service is absolutely great, you get lots of tips speaking to staff. They offer free delivery too. Will recommend to my family and friends.

Pity they are closed on Sunday now.
