Increases prices when they want

It seems to be a decent hire company. However, I spoke with one of the agents on 03/08/22 and we agreed that I will a call back soon to confirm my reservation and use weekend deal 234£.

Today I called again to confirm my reservation and a man answered he said we can only do 293£ due to availability.

Natural question, if the same van was available two days ago and now so why the price jumped when according to their website is 234£ for Friday 4pm until Monday 9am. I even was happy to bring it on Sunday.

And I only needed Mercedes Vito for the next month 3th. September.

Looks like it's being charged more if you showed interest. Strategic move. Really disappointed.

Vehicle was very clean and presented in as new condition. I pointed out a couple of small marks and dents and they had already been noted on the checkout sheet so an honest start there. Paperwork was largely completed on-line with just a few signatures required on pick up. Drop off equally as painless and quick. Staff polite and very helpful so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Berkshire Van Hire based on my experience on this occasion. I would certainly use again.

Excellent, quick and easy pick-up and easier return

First time hired van and first time used Berkshire Van Hire as a result of good customers’ feedback. And must admit not only they met expectations set by the great customer feedbacks, but they actually exceeded. So quick the process of collection, took me 5 mins in and out, and the return was 2mins on the clock. Strongly recommend these guys...

Saviours at desperate times.

Outstanding service to provide a van for my daughter, a professional dog trainer, only 20 years of age. They liaised with our insurance company to make the impossible possible after someone rammed her van.
Many thanks for saving her business!!

PS: we had used them several times previously with a good experience.
