Brilliant service from a small, local firm.

My 13 year old Zanussi died on me yesterday. My engineer called at lunchtime and declared its demise. He recommended Beric shop in Cranbrook. I phoned and spoke to Tim who was excellent and explained the various points of machines he had in stock. I chose a Hoover and he delivered it today, within 20 hours of my phone call! He installed it and took the old machine away. What fantastic service for a small, local firm. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment and it’s staff.
