Re my previous bad experience, reported on this site, if you go to "Make a Court Claim for Money", formerly Small Claims Court, you can apply to the Court for a refund. I did this and was contacted by someone who (for a change) did not get louder and louder and more demanding, and was offered the capital sum (we had asked for interest and the cost of the claim, which was only terest£108) and asked if I would drop the claim for interest and the fee. I said I would but the Court e-mailed to ask when I was paid the capital sum then sent me "The Simple Procedure Decision Form in which they awarded me £298.54, 3 years' interest and £108 expenses. After 28 days a Sheriff Officer (for a fee) will claim the lot plus his own fee and seize goods if they don't pay up. CLAIM THEM IN COURT, you WILL get your money back. I HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE THEY TREATED BADLY. THEY ARE FOREIGN BUT AS THEIR COMPANY IS REGISTERED IN LONDON, THE LAW SAYS THEY HAVE TO REPAY YOU - GO FOR IT!

Scammers.
My daughters flight was cancelled due to Covid. They did not inform us and I had to book another ticket through another airline as I refused to use the same agent. 2 months later I'm waiting for a refund. The agents name is Andrew. He was nice before I paid , after I paid the money for the ticket , he became very very rude .
Still is rude and I'm still waiting my refund.
Please DON'T USE THIS AGENT.

Worst travel company ever. Do not use these scammers. They will take your money and if need any assistance they will tell you to call tom di*k or harry. Rude and unprofessional people

They are professional scammers!

They offered me a cheap fare, took the payment, told me the ticket was booked and sent me the booking confirmation email. After a few days they called me to say the booking was not infact completed as they previously advised and instead the only options I had were to pay more to keep the current booking or fly from another airport 200 miles away.

To cancel it was £75 per person so they put you in a lose lose situation.

They are also linked to another company called Hoodaki.

Be warned most of the positive reviews you see online are by the company themselves.

Caused us so much stress and so unhelpful - they really do not care.

So out of touch customer service. I will NEVER EVER book with them and I STRONGLY advise other people please be wary.
