Had our boiler replaced today by Jack and i would like to say a big thank you to him, He arrived on time, so helpful, explained everything he was doing, talked us through the controls, tidy, and a can do attitude.

Our aged combi boiler finally died, just as it started getting properly cold. Bentham Heating Services supplied and fitted a new Alpha combi boiler. The removal of the old and installation of the new boiler was exemplary. The engineer arrived promptly at 8 and worked steadily through the morning and early afternoon, removing the old boiler, rearranging and replacing pipework, installing the new one, testing and commissioning the new. After a short tour of the new controls and settings, we finally had heat restored before the afternoon was out.

Mark came to fit my son's Worcester Bosch boiler. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. The old equipment was taken out very quickly and the new one went in quickly. Mark managed to get everything including the new limescale and magnetic filter plus the shock arrestor in the existing cupboard space and everything was including the new pipe runs was very neat and tidy. All the old equipment and rubbish was removed and he left everything clean. He talked us through the operation of the boiler and thermostat controls and explained the servicing requirements needed to maintain the 10 year manufacturers' boiler warranty. I was impressed and would recommend Bentham Heating Services to anyone.
