1On the day no texts, phone calls, as promised I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to talk to someone eventually told it wasn’t on the lorry for a Monday delivery as the item didn’t come in till the previous Friday, full of apologies and promises. Went back to the store in Stevenage demanded my money back which after words from me they gave me. Absolutely disgusted will never use them again.
