Bensons's For Beds

Bed not delivered on due date, no updates on latest date for delivery and nobody taking ownership to help resolve.

Really let down by Bensons, expectations not met.

Order placed on 28th June for 3 beds, 2 mattresses and 2 headboards. Delivery has always been scheduled for 19th Aug. At no point has there been any specific communication to state any delay for specific items. On delivery day, 1 bed, accompanying mattress & headboard were not on the vehicle, even the delivery men were not aware. They were apologetic and polite, but insisted they had no control over what was loaded onto the lorry.

This is basic stuff -delivering products ordered instore, keeping a track of inventory and prioritising problems . As a paying customer, it’s reasonable to expect Bensons to proactively stay in touch with us about our order. To give us a new delivery date for missing items -but most of all take ownership and see it through to delivery.

I would never recommended getting a bed from Benson for beds iafter having waited a month for my bed to be delivered 2.guys turned up Bill and Ben with little effort could not get half divan up the stairs I asked them to leave the mattress they refused even though I had payed for it !!! When I called Benson for beds they informed me that that matress had now gone up to 600pounds I was fuming they then charged me 100.pounds to cancel it stinks !!! I had no bed to sleep on the customer service team were UN helpful uncaring

staff member was lovely very friendly & chatty, the bed we bought was well priced, we had shopped around, this want the cheapest but was very well priced, but seemed very high quality, we went to pick the bed up from the showroom a few days later ,my husband put it together in no time and it looks fab!
