Benson Boiler Services

Oil boiler stopped working after delivery of oil. Usual oil mechanic unavailable, so read reviews on this site. Contacted on Friday, and arranged to come to review. Got working again, and arranged to return Monday to look at oil filters (ok) and boiler. Cleared out carbon and boiler working again.

At the time I was in a complete pickle - no heating, a family at home, lockdown and snow with freezing temperatures outside (sub zero).

Steve not only offered advice but having exhausted options over the phone agreed to visit and help - fortunately at short notice given the above.

From the moment of his arrival Steve demonstrated all the kindness, qualities and skills one would hope for in a specialist. He was patient, methodical and capable - expertly going through diagnostics to narrow down the cause. And impressively he did this with a sense of humour and genuine kindness.

The work took over a couple of hours and was successful as a result of Steve's diligence and commitment.

I commend Steve. I recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to working with him hereafter.

After readings reviews we went to Bensons and I really cannot fault the service we got, top rated. Steve came and sorted the heating very quickly, polite honest gentleman.

I would highly recommend Steve to repair/service your Oil boiler breakdown. I found Benson Boiler Services on Yell.com and after reading great reviews booked him to fix my Mums boiler which had broken down leaving her with no water and heating. I phoned Benson boilers after reading the reviews on here and spoke to a guy called Steve. He was the most friendly and helpful tradesman that i have come across, great bloke. He turned up on time inspected the boiler, told us what needed fixing and said he would have to order the parts and how much it would cost. A few days later he was back and finished the job. Great Service.
Would i recommend Steve, DEFINATLY.
