Ben had a partnership in Restaurant in Risca for two years and previous to that worked as F&B Restaurant Manager in the Patio Restaurant at the Celtic Manor Resort.
He has now created a new restaurant in the town of Risca offering a range of Italian, French and English food.
With the help of his daughter Tamila and family members they have created fantastic dishes in a comfortable and friendly environment.
